Nov. 4: Election Day in USA

It is not really possible to ignore today's race when the winner will become the 44th President of United States of America. In Canada, we are accustomed to being tightly influenced by American affairs. But this time, I think a lot of people around the world are waiting for these election results.

There are lots of information sources available out there, but the sources I like to use are the ones where you can drill down to see the details. In that sense, I really like the maps provided by Google with data from Associated Press [1] and displayed below.

Update:
Ouf! Winning the White House is one thing (~350 EV on 538). Winning with popular votes is another one. Hopefully: 52% Obama / 46% McCain! I hope our so influential neighbors will reconsolidate to fix issues in their own country that have nasty side-effects on the rest of the world.

A+, Dom
